SHIPPING TERMS

LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA)

Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

We charge Poslaju shipping:

Malaysia RM7.

Sabah & Sarawak RM9.

Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.

 

Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We post all orders made before 3pm, Monday - Friday on the same day via Pos Laju.

Pos Laju is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 3pm will only be shipped on Monday.

If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact calaqisya@gmail.com to track your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE)

Q1: What are the international shipping methods?


Singapore / Brunei / other Countries orders using Pos Laju. Transit time is within 3 – 5 working days. 


Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once order has been processed.

Please send us confirmation of payment and together with proof of your payment and your details (name, address and phone number) to online.calaqisya@gmail.com so we can send out your order as soon as possible and please bank in the correct amount.

Payment must be made within 24 hours. If not, we will cancel your order.


RETURN POLICY

1. Cala Qisya Returns Policy.

Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of receipt (for local and international orders). Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition with returns label still attached can be returned. For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify us first at online.calaqisya@gmail.com by quoting the order number and product details. Sale items and items bought using discount codes are final, non-returnable, non-exchangeable nor refundable.



2. Cala Qisya delivery charge.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our boutique.



3. Cala Qisya returned items.

We will email you as soon as we receive and process the parcel to let you know that it is safely in our hands.



4. Cala Qisya - return in person.
Yes, but you need to return with tags attached and item must not be washed, worn or altered in any within 7 days. Email us at online.calaqisya@gmail.com or call our boutique.
