Q1: How do I register for an account?

Registration for an account is required in order to make a purchase at

Click Sign up/Login and fill in your particulars. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.


Follow the steps below to complete your order.

Step 1: Login / Register

If you have not created your account, click on “Register” button. Enter you information required and click on “Register” button. If you have register with us, click on the "Login" button to login.

Step 2 : Add your desired item to Cart

Choose your desire item, insert the quantity of the item and click on “Add to cart” button. 

Step 3: Checkout Out


Click on "Continue Shopping" to add more items into your cart. When you finish shopping click on “Checkout Now” to proceed with your purchase.

Step 4: Enter Shipping Address (For New Customer)

For new customer, click on the "Add Address" button to add your shipping address first before proceed to payment.

Step 5: Confirm Your Delivery Details

Before proceed to payment, kindly confirm your shipping address and if you wish to change your shipping address, click on the "Change Address" Button.
After you confirm your shipping address, choose your shipping option on the left and click on "Proceed to Checkout" to proceed your purchase.

Step 6: Choose your payment method

Before you choose your payment method, please verify all items & quantity are correctly shown in your shopping cart. 

If you have shopping points. Key in the existing point credit balance, if you have voucher code, key in the code, and click on "Redeem" button.

The Total Pay will auto deduct the shopping point value and voucher code value.



Confirm your billing and shipping address once again and then please choose your payment method and leave your comment if you have any. Finally, checked the box below and click on "Pay Now" button.

Step 7: Successfully proceed with your order



You have now successfully purchase your item. Once we have received your payment, we will arrange to deliver your items soonest possible.

Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We post all orders made from Monday to Friday.

Our courier service is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Friday, excluding every Saturday and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 3pm will only be shipped on Monday.

Q1: What are the international shipping methods?

Singapore / Brunei / other Countries orders using SF Express or Poslaju. Transit time is within 3 – 10 working days.

1. Cala Qisya Returns Policy.

Yes you can, within 30 days of receiving an item ordered from the CALAQISYA online store ( or any of our physical stores if you are not completely happy with.


All item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

Items that are damaged, marked or found to be manufacturing error is acceptable and new item in good condition or other item with same purchased value will be send back to the customer.

Item(s) purchased does not fit or look good on customer.


Accessories such as brooch(es), perfume(s), body wash(es), body mist(s) and such are not returnable.

Pre-order item(s).

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons.

Damaged, soiled, washed, altered, and worn item(s) are not returnable by any chance.




If the return tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition, returns will be accepted for store credit only. Return must be post back within:

a) 30 working days from arrival of package for local delivery.

b) 30 working days from arrival of package for overseas delivery.

c) Item(s) purchased from online can be exchanged with ONLINE and also through our outlets ; Central i-City Shah Alam, Johor Bahru & Ipoh.

d) Our working hours are on Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, Friday 9 am to 1 pm except Public Holidays. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied on the next working day. On Friday, email after 3pm will be replied on the next working day. Rest assured any inquires will be answered.

e) For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us again at [email protected] with your order id # using subject header "Missing, Defect & Wrong".

If the return tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition, returns will be accepted for product exchange only.

a)    Item(s) purchased must be presented at the cashier counter.

b)    Item(s) return or exchange must be at the purchased outlet ONLY.

2. Cala Qisya delivery charge.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our boutique.

3. Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product).

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Care. No cancellation fees shall be applicable. Once the order has been made dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must be returned to the company according to the guidelines provided by the Online Department Team (please call above stated number).

4. Cancellation by Customer (Faulty Product)

All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided 'as is' and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.

Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Online Department team and provide your order number, details of the product and reason for return, whether you require a refund or a replacement.

Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as possible.

In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees.

Q: Why did Split reject my card?

A: Possible reasons include insufficient amount in the card or your bank may be blocking e-commerce transactions. Additionally please ensure you aren’t using a prepaid card, Split only accepts debit and credit cards.

A: Split does not charge any late fees. Please ensure that you are able to pay your instalments on time, and if you foresee difficulties in payment, please reach out to Split’s customer service team at [email protected]

Q: If I pay using Split, can I refund my product?


Q: Sekiranya saya membayar menggunakan Split, bolehkah saya memulangkan semula produk saya?


A: Absolutely, simply contact Calaqisya by email and request a refund. Once we approve your refund, Split will return any instalments that have already been paid.

Q: How many Split instalment plans can I have at a time?

A: Exactly one month from the first day of purchase. For example, you paid your first instalment on 1 March. Your next instalments will be 1 April and 1 May. You can also check your confirmation email from Split.
