Sales managers direct the distribution of their company's products to customers, which involves establishing sales territories as well as setting quotas and goals. Serving as the guiding hand for the sales team, sales managers outline the staff's training programs, develop strategies for the sales team to operate efficiently, and push team members to surpass short- and long-term sales targets.

Sales managers also work closely with the marketing department to identify new customers the sales team can target. In addition to overseeing the sales team, sales managers have responsibilities that include actively recruiting and hiring.

Ecommerce Assistant

You will be responsible for helping to drive customer loyalty and retention both online and in store through the delivery of insights and targeted customer communications.

E-Commerce (Day-to-Day)

  • Dealing with the 3rd party to solve any problem such as website error or glitch such as Website Crash, Payment Gateway, ISIS “Out of Stock”, Website Coding Error and etc.
  • Communicate with the Creative and Brands Dept for better website banner, layout and product picture.
  • Develop and communicate key priorities of E-business (Channel, Customer, business development, path-to-purchase funnel, new opportunity, etc) to team members, leadership team and cross-functional partners.
  • Provide strategic direction for development of E-business including strategy roadmap, rout-to-market (per SKU), channel P&L, merchandising, path-to-purchase, customer service, analytic strategies in line with business requirements (Operational plan) and in alignment with offline stores

Customer Retention Management (CRM) 

  • Manage the quality and consistency of data capture across all customer touch points including the website, stores, competitions, call centre and in store events. (Based on Google Analytic Database)
  • Present monthly reports and analysis to the Sales Manager/Operation Manager on the growth of the marketable customer database, developing initiatives to help improve and drive in customer data capture including in store events, membership and affiliate schemes.
  • Work with the Ecommerce & Sales Manager to implement tactical customer lifecycle marketing campaigns via email and direct mail following the completion of a full customer segmentation analysis.
  • Work closely with Warehouse team, Store Managers & External processing centre to communicate on inventory level in order to solve customer order issue.
  • Ongoing management and continued segmentation of email database to identify and target actives, lapsers and dormant with specific campaigns. 
  • Manage the delivery of response data for tactical lifecycle email campaigns to the CRM agency to facilitate the measurement of targeted tactical on-boarding, reactivation and retention campaigns. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that email targets are communicated and work with the ESP
  • Work closely with the marketing & social media team to manage the weekly and monthly e-newsletters, ensuring the timely deployment of emails to maximise revenue potential.

The marketing team at Cala Qisya is responsible for how the consumer engages with the brand by our product and enacting our mission alongside our community.  In this, marketing is responsible for best-in-class campaigns that span across channels with captivating creative and go-to-market plans that bring our stories to life both on owned and paid channels. The team works hard to develop narratives that have a sharp perspective and is constantly developing new ways to introduce Cala Qisya. In this role, you will be responsible for leading some of our biggest campaigns to introduce the brand to new customers at scale.

You will focus on launching leading new products, and mission-driven programs. You will write killer briefs that turn business and consumer insights into a strong strategic position that will hit both brand and business goals. From there you’ll work closely with creative and agency partners to craft compelling creative ideas and turn them into executions that capture people’s attention and hearts. Success will be measured by the share of voice we gain in the market and driving awareness towards the brand and programs. The role is highly cross-functional across product,  brand strategy, marketing, and creative teams. The role will report directly to the chief creative officer & marketing director with the opportunity to manage a small team. 

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Regular monitoring the competitor's social media sites and creating analysis reports.
  • Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
  • Coordinating social media content with the brand management team, and achieved annual company goals.
  • Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor data. (Social media insight)
