Area Manager

An Area Manager is responsible for the performance and revenue of a number of stores in a geographical area. Area Managers set targets and work with store managers in the allocated area to increase the success of the stores. Area Managers may be required to travel extensively as part of their role. 

We'd love to hear from you: 

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management or similar field 
  • Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role 
  • Expert knowledge of pertinent financial and employee tracking software.

Your Day-to-Day: 

  • Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.

  • Detecting, investigating, and remedying discrepancies in sales across stores, if required. 
  • Setting and implementing performance standards across all stores. 
  • Ensuring that employees observe company protocols. 
  • Collaborating with other Area Managers to ensure that operations are consistent across the board. 
  • Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.

Digital Illustrator

Digital Illustrator will be responsible to design within an established identity system while innovating and pushing the brand forward to create best-in-class visual solutions.

We'd love to hear from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field preferred
  • Proficiency in programs such as Procreate, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in illustrator
  • Strong attention to detail and artistic skills

As a Social Media Assistant, we are looking for who is willing to be responsible for developing plans and strategies for our social media platforms along with our Marketing Team. You will also be responsible for creating social media campaigns as per the requirements.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Creating social media content plans with the brand management team that are compatible with the company's brand identity, and achieved annual company goals
  • Develop meaningful content including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
  • Managing a large number of social media posts each day.
  • Coordinate and direct social influencer campaigns and photoshoots for the Instagram feed or content

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Acknowledge and greet customers that are within a close (ten-foot) radius or ten seconds of arriving where the associate is working
  • Engage the customer in conversation and determine the customer’s needs
  • Provide product knowledge to customers through the features, values, and benefits of each product
  • Suggestively sell additional items and services that the customer may not have anticipated they would need
  • Handle returns/complaints graciously and effectively.
