A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for the management and all employees; managing their queries and providing administrative support. Administrative Officer should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. Warehouse Assistant help manage the flow of products and stock through the warehouse. They are responsible for receiving and sending goods to and from the warehouse. Warehouse Assistant must be physically fit, able to lift and move stock in a safe manner. Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and communication skills are required to be an effective Warehouse Assistant.

A high-driven individual is needed for Customer Service Executive position in Cala Qisya! We are looking for a person to join and manage our customer service team to provide our customers with the finest service possible. We want someone who is able to communicate effectively, fun and able to assist the team well.

The right candidate is able to manage the team, taking prompt action in response to customer inquiries and seeing any issue through to resolution. Besides, you are responsible to help in driving customer loyalty and retention both online and in store through the delivery of insights and targeted customer communications. This role will report directly to the Operation Manager.
