4. A 10% discount voucher will be given to customers during their birthday month if they email us at [email protected] for redemption. The voucher will be sent within 1-3 working days after the email is received. The redemption day can be before or after the birthdate as long as it is in the same month.

The Birthday Voucher can be used for items that have membership prices, and it will be calculated as 10% off the total purchase amount.

Please note that the Birthday Voucher cannot be used for items that do not have membership prices.

HOW TO REDEEM BIRTHDAY VOUCHER

  1. Calaqueens may redeem their birthday voucher during their birthday month either by emailing to [email protected]  (online) or walk-in to the stores if you wish to use it in-store
